Why do your beef products only contain beef hearts and not beef?
The reason is simply that quality beef is too expensive. You have to calculate that you easily pay more than twice as much for quality beef as for the other cuts we use. We therefore advise consumers to always be very careful when they interpret beef on a package as real beef. If this is the case, the quality will often be questionable.
